Seminars are a fabulous way to learn a lot in a short period of time. The 1-day seminar curriculum is focused on the mindset behind why CrossFit helps us grow and become better people. We teach gymnastics, weightlifting, and other CrossFit movements while focusing on your mindset to help you achieve new things. We also review how to Coach a quality 1-hour class, the basics on our mindset about Nutrition, and a Q&A.
